ADOPTION AGREEMENT

agree to adopt __________________________________________(foal name)
for (adoption fee)_____________. I will always care for and love this foal. I will provide adequate food, water,and shelter for the adopted horse. Adoptive owner must at all times keep up to date on all vacines, worming,farrier visits and veterinarian visits. I understand these foals have been through a lot of trauma and need special care. If at any time I am unable to fulfill my requirements, I will return foal to Wind Dancer Foal Rescue at no charge. If at anytime Wind Dancer feels the foal is not being cared for in the above manner they will have the right to take foal back with no refund.
If you ever decide to adopt foal out you must notify Wind Dancer Foal Rescue and they must be a part of the process. We want these foals to have forever homes but understand that is not always possible but we must make sure foals are going to good homes.
I give Wind Dancer Foal Rescue and its volunteers permission to do random inspections at anytime.

Wind Dancer Foal Rescue or Sharon Lanouette are not responsible for any vet bill or any bills pertaining to the foals after they leave our care. No adoption fees will be refunded after the adoption. You have been given the opportunity to have the foal/foals vet checked and have either done so or opted out of the vet check.
We do our best to do all possible for these foals while they are in our care and have no liabilty after adoption.
Please remember that this is a big responsibility and it should not be taken lightly. You are adopting a gift that you will never be able to replace.You are adopting a gift you will never be able to replace. if you love them they will love you 10 times fold. If you take care of them they will always take care of you. If you are there for them they will be your best friend forever. No one will give you the unconditional love that this foal will.
